About the Founder: Meagan Rose

MS | CEP | CCRP | LMT | 500 E-RYT | RPYT | CEU Provider for NCBTMB + YA

Hello!

My name is Meagan Rose, and I am the proud owner and founder of Radiant Rose Wellness & Education. From an early age, I envisioned a career that blended natural wellness, science, and education. My journey into yoga began at 15, sparking a lifelong passion that evolved into a calling.

Driven by curiosity and a deep love for learning, I pursued my massage therapy licensure while simultaneously earning my Bachelor of Science in Management of Health & Fitness. My dedication to understanding the intricate connection between the mind and body led me to complete a Master of Science in Exercise Science. This advanced study allowed me to explore the scientific foundation of yoga in greater depth by completing a thesis study that examined the fascinating relationship between the stress hormone (cortisol) and yoga.

In 2020, just before the world changed with the COVID-19 pandemic, I began working in the clinical field, specializing in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation as an ACSM-Certified Exercise Physiologist. I am passionate about teaching cardiopulmonary patients through safe movement and effective breathing patterns, which inspired me to become an ACSM-certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist in 2022.

Reflecting on this incredible journey, I am humbled and inspired. Along the way, I have embraced the joy of exploring natural wellness practices and uncovering the science that makes them so transformative. I approach my work with a spirit of curiosity and a commitment to continual growth, always eager to discover new ways to support my clients, students, and personal practice.

This path has been one of adventure, compassion, and endless learning—a journey I am honored to share with you.
